Terms & Conditions: I am a homeowner and want to receive additional product or service information. I understand that by entering the information above, I confirm that I am over the age of 18 and am giving my express permission for you to contact me in the future by means of mail, email or phone (at the number listed) to provide product, consultation or service information. We pledge to respect the privacy of our customers and Giveaway participants. The information given will be securely stored by Ameritech Construction and/or Ameritech Construction dealers and not shared with any third-party persons. Grand, 1st, and 2nd prizes include product and standard installation.

Official Window Giveaway Rules

• No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. 
• Offer is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws.

Entry: Entries must be completed within the applicable Giveaway dates: 5/1/2020 midnight through 4/30/2021 midnight to be eligible. Eligible entries consist of those within active Ameritech Construction dealer sales territories. 

Selection: Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries in a random drawing. The manufacturer, Ameritech Construction, will conduct a drawing the month of 7/2021. All decisions relating to the Giveaway program and winners are Winchester’s and are final. 

Notification: Winners will be notified by mail and/or phone. Limit one prize per homeowner. Prizes are nontransferable and substitutions are not permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Content Assignment, and/or Prize Acceptance form and be postmarked within 10 days of the date of notification materials. Noncompliance within this time period and/or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. Decisions of Sponsor are final on all matters. Should the winner of any prize decline participation for any reason, substitute entries will not be drawn.

Purchase: In the event a winner has purchased a Ameritech product that is all or part of their prize between 5/1/2020 and 4/30/2021 they may elect to substitute other home improvement products that the applicable dealer sells in lieu of the specific prize won (this excludes installation costs). Taxes, if applicable are the responsibility of the individual winners. Winners may be asked to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release. No responsibility is assumed for lost, misdirected or late entries. 

Prizes: (A) Grand prize, $10,000.00 of Ameritech replacement windows* including installation. (B) Two first prize winners receive a bay window (bay frame and window* units) (C) Three second place winners receive a Ameritech Entry door (Decorator/Low-E/Mini Blinds glass models are not applicable). (D) Seventy-five (75) third place winners of Super Triple glass when ordering Double glass. All prizes include applicable installation charges. (*Window units applicable include those with Super Triple E A-plus and/or colonial or contour grids – additional options such as decorative glass, hub grids, etc. are at the expense of the winner.) Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No substitution or transfer/assignment of prize by the winner is permitted. Prizes will not be redeemed for cash. Prizes awarded if and when claimed.

Facebook: This contest is not endorsed, sponsored, or administered by Facebook. Facebook is not associated with this contest. As such, Facebook is not responsible to entrants or participants in this contest.

Publicity/Marketing: Except where prohibited, your entry in this sweepstakes constitutes your consent to Sponsor to use of your name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, hometown and state or province, and entry (with or without attribution) for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide and without further payment or consideration. In addition, Sponsor shall have the right to use your contact information supplied in connection with this sweepstakes (postal address, telephone number, email address, etc.) for marketing and promotional purposes.

Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States within Rescom Exterior’s sales area, persons must be eighteen years of age or older and a homeowner. This excludes employees and their families of Ameritech Construction, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and families.

Cancellation: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify this sweepstakes if: (a) a virus, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the sweepstakes; (b) fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the sweepstakes as determined by sponsors, in their sole discretion; and (c) any other circumstances, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, significantly impacting the integrity, fairness or proper operation of the sweepstakes.

Additional Terms: It is your sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor of any changes to your contact information. Any attempt by you to obtain more than the allowed number of entries for any drawing by using multiple/different addresses, identities, or any other methods will disqualify you from this sweepstakes and chance of winning any prize. Use of any automated system to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. The sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. This giveaway is held by Ameritech Construction in conjunction with Ameritech Construction.

List Of Winners: For a list of winners, send a stamped self-addressed envelope to: Ameritech Great American Winners, Ameritech Construction, P.O. Box 160, Saltsburg, PA 15681. The winner’s name, photo and city of residence will be published via direct oxmarketing materials promoting the “Sweepstakes”, as a winner of the Prize. Direct Marketing consists of newspaper advertising, direct mail marketing, banners, billboards and other signs, commercials via television and radio. The winner may be posted on any and all applicable and subsidiary websites.
